Title Insurance Reissue Credits:

Under Florida law, if you are doing a closing with is where we are issuing title insurance and if you are...

(1) refinancing your property and you provide us with a copy of an owners title insurance policy or

(2) if you are selling property that has been built on and you provide us with a copy of an owners title insurance policy that is less than 3 years old or

(3) if you are selling property that is vacant land and you provide us with a copy of an owners title insurance policy (no time limit) THEN we are required to give you a reissue credit towards the price of your title insurance policy for the closing.

The amount of your reissue credit depends on the amount of title insurance coverage on your owners policy you give us - for exact rates please contact us.
